Marc van Nimwegen, Chief Prosecutor of Justice, has ordered
a major investigation into the origins of the explosion of violence in
Rotterdam. He says that one has to deal
with the supply of weapons. He pointed
out that it is frighteningly easy to acquire weapons and use them. Rotterdam has been the scene of many shooting
incidents, most of which are drug-related.
