Supporters of the French soccer club Olympique Marseille
have rioted in Groningen before their Europa League Game against the local
soccer club. On a central square they threw chairs, firework and glasses on
passing people. Two police officers and another person were wounded. Two French
supporters were arrested. Peter den Oudsten, the mayor of Groningen reacted: “it
is all in the game.”
