Polish Minister of Employment, Jolanta Fedak told the Polish paper Gazeta Wyborcza that it may take the Netherlands to the European Court of Justice if it expels unemployed Poles. Fedak said that it cannot be that a country first collects taxes from foreigners if they work there and then expels them when they become unemployed.
