KLM operational director Rene de Groot says that mismanagement
at Amsterdam Schiphol Airport is to blame for the extreme long waiting times at
the checking of hand luggage at the airport. He added that the airport has aimed
at unnecessary growth and neglected investment in the required infrastructure.
