Aggression at Amsterdam Airport Increases

At the Amsterdam airport Schiphol, the number of passengers who lose their self control is increasing. This leads to more and more verbal or physical harassment of personnel. There are almost daily major cursing incidents and also sometimes beatings of personnel. The Dutch airline KLM has decided to remove the last names from their staff’s badges to avoid angry people harassing them in their private lives.
