Atmosphere of Intimidation in Christian Democrat Faction

An atmosphere of suspicion reigns in the parliamentary faction of the Christian Democrat party. The three parliamentarians, Minister Ab Klink, Ad Koppejan and Kathleen Ferrier, who object to collaboration with the Freedom party in the formation of a new government, have been accused by one of their colleagues, during an internal meeting, of ‘treason’ and ‘murder’ of the party. The three felt additional intimidation when the party chairman Henk Bleker announced during the meeting that he would evaluate what would happen if the three left the party and created a new faction.
