A Jewish father and son were stabbed
by an Egyptian-born vendor called Tarik in their stall in an Amsterdam market. The attacker used a large knife. One of the victims said that he was happy
that he was alive as the stabber seemed determined to kill him. The stabber had
been away for several months. When he returned his behavior had changed. He was
reading the Koran a lot, shaved his head and prayed all the time.
