Attorney General Public Prosecutor too quick to take DNA

The Public Prosecutor takes DNA samples 25,000 times per year from prisoners whose sentences are four or more years.  The Attorney General of the Supreme Court, however, said that privacy is at risk if DNA samples are taken from people convicted of crimes like embezzlement and forgery. He suggest only taking DNA samples from people convicted of serious violent or sexual offences.
