The Investigation Council for Safety has concluded that the
Ministry of Defense has greatly failed in taking care of the safety of Dutch
soldiers sent on a mission to Mali. This
concerns both the safety of the mortar grenades used as well as appropriate
military health care. The Council
concludes that both issues have been made secondary to the continuation of the
mission.
