The body which oversees the intelligence services, CTIVD,
has concluded that between October 2015 and March 2016, the Dutch intelligence
services, AIVD and MIVD, violated multiple rules by eavesdropping on
conversations with lawyers and journalists.
They did so without the necessary permission from a special commission.
