Possible Fraud at Five Different Anti-Jihadi Projects

The Justice Department is investigating possible fraud and corruption in at least five major projects, each aimed at fighting radicalization. Two of the suspects are from the Institute for Multicultural Issues Forum.  The suspicions concern the Institute’s program manager, Halim el Madkouri, a Labor party politician, and the Berber activist Farid L., from The Hague. Both were arrested in a Hague coffee shop when el Madkouri received an envelope containing four thousand Euros from Farid L.
