The Traveler’s Organization for a Better Public Transportation is taking the Dutch government to the European Court because of illegal support for the Dutch Railways. The transport companies Veolia and Arriva/Deutsche Bahn are thinking about joining the complaint. The Deputy Minister of Infrastructure Wilma Mansfeld has asked lawyers to investigate whether indeed there has been state support for the Dutch Railways.
