Disproportionally high percentage of Turkish and Moroccan players in discontinued soccer games

Professor Paul Verweel who teaches management and organization and is a former board member of the Dutch Royal Soccer Association (KNVB) said that 30 % of the incidents in discontinued games involve Turkish or Moroccan players.  He said however that less than 1% of all games had to be halted by the umpire.
