Police Union: No Manpower to Control Hooligans on New Year’s Eve

Last year hundreds of hooligans were condemned to house arrest for this year’s New Year’s Eve. A spokesman of the police trade union NPB said that the police has too little manpower this New Year’s Eve to control that these hooligans stay at home.
