Thirty-Six Hospitals do not meet ‘Minimum Operations’ Requirement

Thirty-six hospitals in the Netherlands have not met the minimum requirements for the number of operations they carried out in 2012. This was found by Dutch broadcaster RTL. Hospitals have to carry out at least a certain number of specific operations because otherwise patients risk complications.
